        Kiwi union has a void to fill. Where at the centre, Kiwi union would like to build  a Community Consultant where they would  go out with the public conversing infomation from the people.  Getting to know issues faced by the working class. Of them are nominated through public consultation to elevate to District Managers and Regional Managers.
